Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, the candidate will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, leveraging both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for both consumer and business outreach

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, preferably within behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
