Job Summary
Owning the direct-to-consumer patient acquisition engine, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will design and implement strategies across paid, organic, and influencer channels to enroll Medicare patients, while collaborating closely with the CEO and Growth Director.
Key responsibilities
- Design and prioritize experimentation roadmap for paid acquisition strategies on Google and Facebook/Meta
- Build and manage influencer marketing strategies to effectively reach Medicare-eligible patients and their caregivers
- Own the marketing performance dashboard, monitoring and analyzing every stage of the D2C funnel to identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a DTC or health-tech startup
- Proven experience managing ad spend on Google and Meta platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, freelancers, or vendors for campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for marketing automation and optimization
