Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries and referrals
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and expand organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, preferably within behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
