Job Summary
Working remotely as a part-time contractor, the Growth Marketing Manager will focus on email marketing operations, automation management, and promotional campaign execution to enhance engagement and conversion rates during a maternity leave coverage period.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing email nurture programs and marketing automations in HubSpot, delivering prioritized recommendations for improvements
- Implement changes to nurture sequences and workflows in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with broader campaign calendars
- Build and launch promotional email campaigns and develop webinar promotion sequences, managing all aspects from copy coordination to performance monitoring
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing or marketing automation in a B2B environment
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, particularly in email campaign execution and workflow automation
- Experience with Qualified or similar AI-powered prospect engagement tools is highly preferred
- Familiarity with webinar promotion workflows and post-event nurture programs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaign timelines effectively
