Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and execute strategies targeting both consumers and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize lead generation and conversion rates
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
