Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in client inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to engage clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for increasing visibility and engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and SEO best practices
