Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, strengthen referral partnerships, and enhance brand awareness for behavioral health services across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in growth strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels
