Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement in the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and targeting
• Execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Create B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with referral partners and expand organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
