Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, who will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to expand access to behavioral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to engage clients and referral partners, driving inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting SEO and content marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven track record in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
