Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing strategies while leveraging digital marketing campaigns and data analysis to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting growth initiatives across service lines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to build referral networks and generate qualified leads
