Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to expand awareness and access to behavioral health services while driving client engagement and strengthening referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries and referrals
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting ongoing growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions
