Job Summary
Owning the lifecycle marketing strategy, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will build and execute email campaigns focused on user onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lifecycle marketing initiatives across user journeys, including onboarding, activation, and retention
- Develop and test segmented lifecycle campaigns utilizing email, in-product messaging, and reactivation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and improve lifecycle metrics
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in lifecycle, growth, email, or retention marketing programs
- Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) funnels and self-serve user journeys
- Excellent skills in copywriting, campaign testing, and performance measurement
- Ability to analyze behavioral data and lifecycle metrics for campaign optimization
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
