Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance for growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
