Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, who will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B sectors within the behavioral health space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
