Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position to expand awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies, while leveraging digital marketing expertise and data analysis to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in the behavioral health space
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility in the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
