Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, leveraging digital campaigns and data analysis to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in outreach and engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
