Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position to expand awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and enhance visibility and engagement through SEO and content marketing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
