Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to expand awareness and engagement for behavioral health services while enhancing referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and expand organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
