Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies, leveraging digital campaigns and data analysis to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in the community
• Create B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen referral partnerships and increase organizational visibility within the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong background in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with proven success in generating leads and referrals
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and utilizing data for marketing decisions
