Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, this role will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B sectors within the behavioral health industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO, content marketing, and website optimization efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong background in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on referral networks
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
