Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance brand awareness to support the expansion of behavioral health services across New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing initiatives and collaboration with operational leaders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
