Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services across both B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
