Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies, leveraging digital campaigns and data analysis to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and engagement
• Create and execute marketing initiatives aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, supporting both B2C and B2B strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
