Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, the ideal candidate will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B markets within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for improved performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
