Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth division, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships while working remotely from NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and drive growth in inquiries and referrals
• Create B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare/SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO best practices
