Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and conversion rates
• Execute marketing campaigns aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO and content marketing initiatives for increased visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing performance
