Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies, leveraging digital campaigns and data analysis to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and social media
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for increased lead generation and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with referral partners and enhance brand awareness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven marketing decisions
