Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, this role will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Execute targeted B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive growth in inquiries, referrals, and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to optimize performance and identify trends for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
