Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth for behavioral health services across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize strategies for lead generation and brand visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
