Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships within the behavioral health sector across NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and audience targeting
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support business development efforts for increased referral volume

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a strong preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO best practices
