Job Summary
Owning the demand engine strategy and execution, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will manage customer acquisition plans, drive analytics for pipeline creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a player/coach for customer acquisition across multiple digital marketing strategies
- Build and own customer acquisition plans targeting ideal customer profiles, including measurement and quarterly targets
- Run structured experimentation and collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and competitive positioning
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years in digital/growth marketing with a focus on demand, leads, and conversion in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling multi-channel acquisition with efficient CAC and measurable pipeline impact
- High analytical and technical aptitude with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Exceptional campaign and project management skills with strong collaboration abilities
- AI-first mentality with proficiency in leveraging AI for improved marketing outcomes
