Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B sectors within the behavioral health industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong experience in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to build referral networks and generate qualified leads
