Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and conversion rates
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and drive growth in inquiries and admissions
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
