Job Summary

Strategically focused on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and strengthen referral partnerships to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and conversion rates
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in the behavioral health sector
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts by creating materials and campaigns that support referral partnerships and business development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO best practices
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and marketing budgets
