Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, this role focuses on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support growth initiatives within the behavioral healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare/SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
