Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to expand awareness and access to behavioral health services while leveraging both B2C and B2B marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen referral networks and support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
