Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive engagement with clients and referral partners, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in the behavioral health sector
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts by building relationships with referral partners and creating supportive marketing materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and analyzing data to drive marketing decisions
