Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in campaigns and strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
