Job Summary

Strategically focused on expanding awareness and engagement, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance both B2C and B2B marketing efforts to promote access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve visibility, engagement, and referral growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth marketing preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
