Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and drive inquiries, referrals, and admissions for behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts by creating materials and campaigns that enhance relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
