Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness for behavioral health services, and lead a marketing team to drive client engagement and referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility within the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions
