Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to drive inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for both consumer and business outreach

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing marketing teams and initiatives
