Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement in the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance access to behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Marketing team leadership experience and knowledge of analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
