Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and support organizational growth in the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts by building relationships with referral partners and increasing organizational visibility within the behavioral healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
