Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative digital marketing campaigns and managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in the behavioral health sector
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers through targeted marketing strategies and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
