Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth division, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services across B2C and B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for growth and visibility in the behavioral healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to build referral networks and support organizational growth initiatives
