Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and support organizational growth in the behavioral health sector across NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts by building relationships with referral partners and increasing organizational visibility within the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks to support growth initiatives
