Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, develop B2C and B2B marketing strategies, and lead a marketing team to enhance brand awareness and access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for both B2C and B2B markets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
