Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships, driving inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in campaign effectiveness and organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
