Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and inquiries
• Analyze marketing data to optimize performance and support SEO and content marketing initiatives
• Create and execute campaigns to strengthen relationships with referral partners and enhance brand visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
